This poster and brochure combo features information about adopting a pet rat. Along with being informative this project is also meant to be persuasive. With the cartoon imagery and bright colors, the intended audience was towards a younger demographic that was more open towards adopting rats as pets. With my images I steered away from the grimy stereotypes that cartoon rats had and leaned towards a saturated palette along. I also played with the notion that rats love cheese not only to have the rats interacting with something, but also to bring in an attention grabbing color. The information itself was an amalgamation of sources simplified to be beginner friendly for new owners.
